TidyJobs is a job scheduler built specifically for solo cleaners. You add jobs by typing a natural description, see them on a monthly calendar, store notes and addresses for each job, and sync everything to Google Calendar automatically.

You type a job description the way you'd say it out loud—something like "Johnson deep clean friday 2pm 88 Pine St they have cats." The app extracts the date, time, location, and notes and shows you what it found before saving. You can edit anything before confirming.

You connect your Google account once in Settings. After that, every job you create in TidyJobs is automatically added to your Google Calendar, and any edits or deletions sync there too. You can also import upcoming events from Google Calendar into TidyJobs.

Yes. Your job data is stored in a private database tied to your account only. We do not share your data with anyone. OAuth tokens for Google Calendar are encrypted and stored securely. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

TidyJobs is a responsive web app that works in any modern browser on any device. Because jobs sync with Google Calendar, you also see them in your phone's native calendar app even when you're not in TidyJobs.

After connecting Google Calendar, you can use the import feature in Settings to pull upcoming events from your calendar directly into TidyJobs. Existing events that were already imported won't be duplicated.

Your full job history is visible and searchable in the All Jobs view inside the app. For a full data export, contact support and we can provide a CSV of your job records within two business days.
