Welcome to TidyJobs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TidyJobs web application, including all features, services, and content provided through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using TidyJobs in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use TidyJobs.
TidyJobs is a subscription-based cleaning job management platform designed for solo cleaning service providers. The Service enables users to track, schedule, and manage cleaning jobs through a calendar interface, natural language input processing, and integration with Google Calendar. Access to TidyJobs requires an active subscription paid through our third-party payment processor.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion if we determine you do not meet eligibility requirements or have violated these Terms.
TidyJobs operates on a monthly subscription model at a cost of $29 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, and your billing information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policies.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information in your account. If a payment fails, your account access may be suspended or terminated. Refunds are issued only in accordance with our refund policy, if any, as stated separately.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal integrated within TidyJobs. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You agree to use TidyJobs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

TidyJobs allows you to input and store job data, including dates, times, locations, and notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of all User Content you create within TidyJobs. However, by using TidyJobs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for all User Content you create and upload. You warrant that you own or have the right to all User Content you submit and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your User Content.
We do not monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for any User Content. We reserve the right to remove, disable access to, or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
TidyJobs integrates with Google Calendar to enable bidirectional synchronization of your job data. By authorizing this integration, you grant TidyJobs permission to access, read, create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf. This integration is governed by Google's terms of service and privacy policies in addition to these Terms.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google Calendar's functionality, service interruptions, data loss, or changes to Google's API. We maintain no control over Google's data handling practices. You are responsible for managing your Google Calendar permissions and revoking access to TidyJobs at any time through your Google account settings.
TidyJobs, including all software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, and other content ("Intellectual Property") is owned exclusively by TidyJobs or our licensors. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TidyJobs solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:
Any unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.
TidyJobs integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, security, or data practices of any third-party service. We do not endorse any third-party service and make no representations regarding their reliability or safety.
Third-party services may change, discontinue, or impose new restrictions at any time, which could affect TidyJobs' functionality. We are not liable for any disruption, data loss, or issues resulting from third-party service changes.
While we maintain reasonable security measures, we do not guarantee that your data will never be lost, corrupted, or inaccessible. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important job data. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data from TidyJobs.
We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your data, regardless of cause, including server failures, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIDYJOBS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO TIDYJOBS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
TIDYJOBS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that TidyJobs will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through TidyJobs.
You use TidyJobs at your own risk. Your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with TidyJobs is to cease using the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TidyJobs, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to TidyJobs at any time, without notice or cause, if we determine in our sole discretion that:
Upon termination, your right to use TidyJobs ceases immediately. You remain liable for any outstanding charges. We may delete your account data after termination, subject to our data retention obligations and applicable law. Sections regarding limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of TidyJobs following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue TidyJobs or any feature thereof at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms and your use of TidyJobs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or TidyJobs shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the United States, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TidyJobs regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
